With 15 years of experience, I'm dedicated to providing the best services to my clients. POLICY DEPOSITS: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required for first-time clients when scheduling an appointment following a consultation. This will go to your first procedure. If you do not show up without 48 hours notice, you will have to pay a deposit to book another appointment. ​ CANCELLATION POLICY: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will not be refunded An additional deposit will be required to book a new appointment if you decide to reschedule. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, you have 3 months to rebook and your deposit will remain valid during this time frame. After 3 months, a new deposit will be required to rebook. ​ NO DISPLAY POLICY: Any client who does NOT show up for their appointment, the deposit will not be returned and you will be charged the full fee for the procedure. If you arrive 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show You will be required to make an additional deposit to book a new appointment if you decide to reschedule in the future. *I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Understand the impact this will have on your artists and other customers. ​ STUDIO POLICY: ​ ​ All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the total cost of each service. Please reschedule your appointment within 48 hours notice. 1 renewal per deposit and renewal must be made within 3 months to keep the deposit. Changing the schedule a second time or rescheduling outside the 3-month period will require a new deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being 15 minutes late will be considered a "no-show". Same-day cancellations are considered "no-shows". ​ No refunds will be given for services and no guarantees will be made. Even when I do my best to provide quality results and service, many factors can lead to unsatisfactory results because each client's treatment is different. Pre-care and after-care play a very important role. Even if all of your tattoos look good, that doesn't mean the service will work because the skin is shallower and more active with rejuvenating cells than with traditional tattoos.
